NEW WIKIPEDIA ENTRY IN FRENCH

We are particularly pleased to announce that, thanks to a collective effort, the French language Wiki page is now online

The undisputed protagonist of this project was Cyril Pesenti, who devoted time, energy, passion and great expertise to prepare the entire translation and format the text so that it was ready for Wikipedia; the final revision phase was brilliantly conducted by Isabelle Kahna and the team of 'Les Ailes de Venise' under the supervision of Stefano Patuzzi, while the online publication was handled, with his usual mastery, by Luca Corsato.

FRENCH WIKIPEDIA VOICE

As a result, the entry for the Teatro San Cassiano is now in Italian, English, Russian, German and French (and if anyone wants to help with any other languages, please contact us!). In addition to its functional utility (around 500 people each month read and consult, for example, the entry on the Teatro San Cassiano in Italian; and the same goes for the entry in English), this Wiki entry is another important step in the direction of knowledge sharing that is at the heart of the Teatro San Cassiano project.

More specifically, now all French speakers around the world can have detailed information about both the Teatro San Cassiano and, more generally, the Venetian historical and cultural context of the 17th and 18th centuries.
