The summer was characterised by wonderful visits to our friends in Drottningholms and Český Krumlov, but our time during these months was mainly dedicated to preparing a new publication setting out both the purchase of our preferred site at Palazzo Donà Balbi and the construction and future operation of the theatre and complex. This coincided with a new drive for finance, which we launched at the beginning of October.

Our new publication can be read here:

The new document gives you a meaningful insight into all aspects of the Teatro San Cassiano: our project, our aims, our objectives and the economic sustainability of the reconstructed theatre (remembering we receive no public funding).

These are exciting times and the opportunity we have created is truly extraordinary: we now need to close the finance in order to complete the purchase, which as a consequence will enable us to realise the project. We are that close!

If you feel you may be able to support us to achieve this goal, then please reach out now and write your name into the history of opera.
