Roberta has been working tirelessly and with great effect on our behalf to help identify and secure our site. She has been our representative in all planning aspects and it is simply down to her extraordinary technical expertise, diligence and determination that this project will succeed that we are moving increasingly into a position where we hope soon to be able to announce (finally) our site publicly.

Roberta is a partner of Studio Associato di Architettura Fabio e Roberta Pellegriti, Venice. She studied Architecture at IUAV (Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia) and subsequently obtained not one, but two doctorates in “The History of Architecture and City Planning” and “Conservation of Cultural Assets (‘beni culturali’)”. The winner of various prestigious scholarships, Roberta has collaborated since 1991 with a number of Italian and foreign research institutes. In 2003, she founded “Pellegriti Associated Studio of Architecture”. Roberta’s great experience in and knowledge of the Venetian archives has taken our research into the Teatro San Cassiano onto unprecedented levels, the rewards of which we are still only beginning to assimilate.
